By downloading, installing, or using AsylumTracker, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Service
AsylumTracker provides immigration court, judge, USCIS asylum office, case lookup, community, report export, and AI-assisted analysis features based on public datasets and user-provided inputs.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Premium and Pro features may require auto-renewable subscriptions or one-time purchases processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Billing. Subscriptions renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period according to the applicable store rules. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
Data Accuracy
Data is sourced from public datasets, including EOIR FOIA immigration court records, USCIS asylum office aggregate reports, and other public sources where noted. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or timeliness.
Government Affiliation
AsylumTracker is not affiliated with EOIR, USCIS, DHS, DOJ, or any other government agency. The app summarizes public data for informational purposes only.
No Legal Advice
AsylumTracker is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Use the app for informational purposes only and consult a qualified immigration attorney for legal guidance.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the app unlawfully, reverse engineer it, bypass access controls, or redistribute or resell data obtained from the app.
Changes and Termination
We may update these terms and may suspend or terminate access for violations. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
